When the big guy had a goal in mind, absolutely nothing stood a chance. There simply wasn't any tempering that. Attempts had been made, but there was always some risk that Hulk just wouldn't listen.
He might have been interested to hear what other things went on in the mind of the Other Guy, but he wouldn't badger for it. He cared a great deal about Bruce, and he did worry about the mindstate of both man and Hulk. That much anger inside anyone just wasn't safe, especially for the person wielding it.
After a few moments' contemplative silence, Jarvis reached out a damp hand, giving Bruce's shoulder an easy squeeze. "Regardless of how smashy things might get, we are still friends, I would hope."
