Bruce hummed absently, agreeing about the water needing to run for a bit to get the pipes flushed and clean. They'd have to run all the faucets, flush everything of dirt and whatever life had settled in there.
He paused as Jarvis did, looking at him and quirking a brief smile at the inadvertent use of 'sir'. He had no doubt it would take a while to break that habit completely, if he ever managed it.
Then Jarvis was moving in and Bruce straightened a little, arms relaxing and- oh.
That definitely felt like a hug. He froze, shoving down the immediate reaction from inside of restrained, trapped, free. Yeah, definitely a hug, that cheek on his head thing was, new. He hadn't hugged anyone bigger than him in... maybe ever.
He hesitantly wrapped his arms around Jarvis and patted his back. Yep. Awkward.
